今天，荷蘭下了一整天的雨。早上，阿姆斯特丹，剛起床的時候，下雨。中午，出門的時候，下雨。就連上了火車，也是一路風雨地陪伴到了Emmen。晚上，風雨依然無阻（他們無阻，人倒是被阻在家裡，路上行人少的可憐！）。

我戴著耳機，聽著iPod，管外面漫天風雨，我還是在溫暖的車廂之中隨著火車在鐵軌上奔馳，望著窗外、雨中逝去的風景……突然，耳機中傳來一首熟悉的歌曲，不過是混了音的版本，將原來中板抒情歌曲倒硬是加快了鞭地趕成一首快板舞曲。我當然還是喜歡原來的版本，那首歌是Madonna的「Rain」。


這首歌算是瑪丹娜早期情歌之中我最喜歡的一首。這一首歌原本是收錄在瑪丹娜娜張驚世駭俗的「Erotica」專輯之中。「Erotica」出版在1992年，而「Rain」在1993年也曾經推出單曲過。這首歌倒是在當時被許多瑪丹娜歌迷認為是整張前衛的「Erotica」專輯之中最保守的一首歌。但是，我卻覺得這首歌的境界大概是瑪丹娜前期的中慢板歌曲之中最高的一首。雖然整首歌可以算是抒情歌曲，但是每一個節奏都清清楚楚，節奏樂器在雖然是陪襯，但是卻也是串起整首歌的骨架。瑪丹娜又是用她最熟悉也最擅長的中音域來演唱，所以雖然曲風保守，但是卻是在一個厚實的基礎上漸漸疊起，然後盤旋而上。而和歌詞相應合的則是終於要穿過低迷陰霾的雨雲，而終有雲開見日的時候。尤其是在後段交錯的那段歌詞，這個有趣而且美妙的安排，讓瑪丹娜的低迴呢喃有了「沈吟至今」的美感。（在瑪丹娜的歌曲之中，這樣的感覺其實還滿少見的！）
